A Model to Evaluate the Voluntary Application of the Corporate Governance’s Standards - Monday 26/1/2009

In light of the cooperation of the CMA with the parties that are concerned with the application of corporate governance to encourage and motivate the companies to adhere to the corporate governance’s standards as well as evaluating their sticking to these standards , it was agreed with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) to release a model that evaluate the voluntary application of the corporate governance’s standards in Egypt that is issued in October 2005 regarding issues that are related to board of directors and internal audit committees.

So in this respect, the CMA calls upon Securities companies to fill in this evaluation and send it to the CMA at the e-mail address :mohamed sayyad@cma.gov.eg
