CMA Approves the Establishment of Egyptian Company for Funds Management and the Issuance of its Shares - Wednesday 12/11/2008

On 11/11/2008 CMA has approved establishment of Egyptian Company for Funds Management –Egyptian Joint stock company, subjected to the provisions of law No.95 of 1992 & its executive regulations, with issued Capital of 2 Million LE & distributed among 20 thousand shares, the nominal value of each share is 100 LE.
