CMA Requests Brokerage Firms to Complete Certain Forms on Job Functions Stipulated at Decision no. 24\2007 Regarding Staff Licensing of Staff before 16 May 2007 - Wednesday 2/5/2007
     Reference to CMA Chairman decision no. 24/2007 issued on 8/2/2007 regarding licensing requirements of brokerage firms’ staff, all members registered at brokerage firms are required to complete forms on brokerage firms job function. The form has already been sent to companies and includes requirements that need to be met by the end of April 2007 as per provisions of the aforementioned decision. The form should be signed and stamped no later than 10th of May 2007. It should be sent in a closed envelope to the following address:

     The company shall be committed to keep an original copy of the authorized form in its registers in order to be reviewed by the CMA or provided when required.
     The CMA would like to announce that any delay in submitting the filled form at the defined date may give grounds for the CMA to refrain from reviewing it and taking necessary procedures of staff licensing according to schedule. This, in turn, may result in affecting staff's ability to perform their jobs ;causing severe interruption to company's business .
