CMA has approved establishment of Mirage Company for Portfolio Formation and Management –Egyptian Joint stock company, subjected to the provisions of law No.95 of 1992 & its executive regulations, with issued Capital of 5 Million LE paid in full & distributed among 5000 thousand shares, the nominal value of each share is 1000 LE.
