On 7/10/2008 the CMA has approved establishment of CBC Holding Co. for Investments –Egyptian Joint stock company, subjected to the provisions of law No.95 of 1992 & its executive regulations, with issued Capital of 5 Million LE paid in full & distributed among 50 Thousand shares, the nominal value of each share is 100 LE.
