CMA has approved establishment of Beak Albatross Holding Co. for Financial Investment –Egyptian Joint stock company, subjected to the provisions of law No.95 of 1992 & its executive regulations, with issued Capital of 5 Million LE paid in full & distributed among 500 Thousand shares, the nominal value of each share is 10 LE.
