Within the framework of CMA’s efforts towards developing the capital market and enhancing its regulatory function on the market institutions and corporations, and in light of its BOD decision no. 82 of 2007 regarding approval of establishing a register for listing branches of securities brokerage companies it approves, the CMA advised securities brokerage companies that it was imperative to fill in the data e-form developed by the CMA. The purpose is to enable the CMA to complete entering receiving and implementing branches into the above register in accordance with the set schedule. An e-form must be filled in, stamped with the company seal no later than Thursday, March 13th, 2008 and be sent to the CMA in accordance with the following instructions:

1. Download from CMA’s website www.cma.gov.eg data e-form for brokerage companies and branches Click Here-Only Available in Arabic and save it on the company computer.


2. Fill in the above e-form


3. Save the completed e-form in English under a special file name including company name and the date data was filled in (e.g. xyz-brokerage- 6- 03- 2008)


4. The company should send the completed e-form to CMA via:


• An attachment to an e-mail to be sent from the company to branches@cma.gov.eg The subject of the e-mail must be the same name of the e-form.


• After the company e-mails the completed e-form to CMA, it should be printed, then signed by an empowered person, stamped with company seal, and sent to the following address:
