Dr. Mahmoud Mohie Al-Din, Minister of Investment, stated that Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazeef had issued a decision for appointing Dr. Khaled Serry Seyam as CMA Deputy Chairman for a period of one year.
Dr. Khalid Seri Seyam has a Ph.D. in Jurisprudence from France. He occupied several positions in governmental entities, the last of which was legal advisor to Minister of Finance, legal advisor to the Ministry of Finance Central Unit for Private/ Public Sector Partnership, in addition to teaching at the Faculty of Law, Ein Shams University. He has authored a group of books, researches and studies to international and local conferences in the area of financial and economic legislations and their applications.
